We have created Mono masters. A carrier specific Mono concentrate with a pellet size of 0.5- 1.0mm. These are different than pre-dispersed or flush pigments as they are 100% guaranteed dust free. Mono masters are used where good dispersion is essential. Those are highly used in master bathes for fiber application where dispersion of the master batch is critical and a high tensile strength of the fibre is important. It helps prevent screen plugging and enhances rheology.
Excellent compatibility with base Polymers. Contains special additives to enhance the tensile strength of final product. Require low energy to disperse in the given polymer at low shear. Requires low Electrical Consumption. Requires low processing time as compared to any other colorants. Contains special additives, which ensures less screen plugging and superior rheology.
