Scope of Work – Franchise :
1. Identify the property as per the specification and guidelines given by the SEIL.
2. Invest in renovation / refurbishing of the property as per the ambience manual of Hopskotch given by SEIL.
3. Procurement of SEAT (Shanti Educational Aids & Toys) material from the SEIL, NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the locality-society and relevant permissions and licenses to set up the center.
4. Recruitment of the school staff (teaching and non teaching) to be done as per SEIL guidelines.
5. Bear all operational expenses of the center.
6. Adhere to all SOP’s and processes given by SEIL, for smooth functioning and quality deliverables at the center.
7. Share the monthly MIS report with SEIL team on regular basis.
8. Promotion and branding of the center as per the specification and guidelines given by SEIL.
Project Facts : 1. Total area required – 2500-3500 sq.ft. including 800-1000 sq.ft. open area. 2. Agreement Tenure - 5 years. 3. Franchise License Fee – 6 Lacs plus taxes (as applicable) at the time of signing the agreement. 4. SEAT Material – 5 Lacs. (One Times, inclusive of tax). 5. Renovation Cost – 1 to 2 Lacs. (depending upon property condition.). 6. Annual Royalty Fee - 15% p.a. on the Annual Gross Revenue.
