The main virtue of this system is the guarantee of purity of the juice. The squeezers only touch the pulp of the fruit, producing juices free of acidity and contamination. Same principle of manual procedure, but with completely automated squeezers.
1) The automatic feeder introduces the fruit into the system; 2) The top squeezers and the kitchen knife cut the fruit in two; 3) Then kitchen knife sends both halves toward the lower squeezers; 4) Lower squeezers squeeze the pulp of the fruit, extracting the juice; 5) The guides send the peels to the trash can.
